Job summary

Quantinuum in Broomfield, CO is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to own the roadmap, governance, and platform delivery. You will translate business needs into prioritized capabilities, manage stakeholder demand, and coordinate with a Systems Integrator to achieve measurable outcomes.

This full‑time, mid‑level role supports remote work up to 2 days per week. Requires ITIL Foundation, CSA, ITSM/CSM certifications, and 5+ years of ServiceNow experience; U.S. Person status is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in administration, business analysis, product ownership, platform management, or consulting.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and CSM.
• U.S. Person status required by contract (citizen, permanent resident or approved status).
• Due to national security requirements, non‑U.S. nationals may be restricted.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform, roadmap, governance, standards and platform utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement with automation, workflow, self-service and AI enablement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specs and priorities.
• Act as trusted adviser on capabilities, manage intake, prioritization and demand.
• Serve as primary contact for the ServiceNow Systems Integrator and oversee performance.
• Coordinate release planning, knowledge transfer and maintain platform documentation.
• Lead backlog management, governance forums and decision rights for platform design.
• Coordinate testing, acceptance criteria and deployment readiness.
• Monitor platform health, adoption and service performance.
