Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Manager, ServiceNow Platform to lead governance, prioritization, and delivery readiness for the ServiceNow environment. You will translate platform strategy into actionable priorities and coordinate with IT Delivery and other stakeholders to drive business value.

The role is hands-on with a 4–6 person team of Developers and Administrators, working closely with architecture, security, finance, and procurement to ensure successful platform outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise systems, platform management, ServiceNow, or program coordination.
• Experience leading technical and product‑aligned roles and coaching team members.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate platform topics into updates and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define platform governance standards and ensure traceable decisions.
• Maintain the ServiceNow roadmap and ensure intake channels meet readiness standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the ServiceNow team with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across architecture, security, PMO, finance, vendors, and business units.
• Balance speed, quality, platform health, and business value in operations.
