Job summary

Lead platform governance, roadmap alignment, and stakeholder collaboration while guiding a 6-month contract with potential extension. Strong ITSM/CSM expertise and ITIL knowledge are essential for continued growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across platform management, product ownership, administration, business analysis or consulting.
• Experience taking ownership of a ServiceNow environment within an enterprise organisation.
• Strong governance and roadmap experience with the ability to balance strategic decisions and day-to-day delivery.
• Proven experience managing a ServiceNow SI or implementation partner, including evaluating designs and delivery plans.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM; exposure to CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog, workflow automation is beneficial.
• CSA and Implementation Specialist certifications across ITSM/CSM.
• ITIL principles knowledge; ITIL Foundation certification is favourable.
• Ability to translate business requirements into a structured platform backlog.
• Comfort with hands-on administration when needed, not just management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the ServiceNow platform leadership, governance and delivery oversight.
• Build and manage the ServiceNow roadmap aligning investments with business needs.
• Own backlog and demand process; translate stakeholder requirements into priorities.
• Manage external SI relationship; review designs, estimates and delivery plans.
• Maintain governance, documentation and platform knowledge internally.
• Oversee releases, upgrades, maintenance and change activity across the platform.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Infra and Enterprise Applications to improve processes and adoption.
• Continue expanding ITSM and CSM capabilities; explore IRM and other modules.
