Job summary

Alldus International Consulting Ltd is hiring a ServiceNow Platform Owner in New York to take technical ownership of the ServiceNow platform. You will lead strategy, governance, and roadmap, while hands-on administering configurations, integrations and upgrades to deliver secure, scalable ITSM solutions.

You will mentor a team of administrators and developers, ensure ITIL-aligned practices, and translate business priorities into platform initiatives, evaluating external proposals as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
• Recent ServiceNow technical expertise, preferably within last 2 years with management duties.
• Proven experience overseeing ServiceNow implementations, upgrades or platform improvement programs.
• Strong leadership in IT Service Management.
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, ITIL principles and best practices.
• Certifications such as CSA / ISS / CAD are a plus.
• Experience managing ServiceNow admins and developers.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy, governance and technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage platform configuration, administration, integrations, upgrades and performance.
• Improve ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration Management.
• Resolve complex platform issues through hands-on involvement.
• Lead and develop a team of ServiceNow admins and developers.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and business-aligned.
• Assess releases and introduce valuable features.
• Translate priorities into a clear platform roadmap.
• Evaluate proposals from consultants and partners.
• Analyze performance and drive continual ITIL-aligned improvements.
