Job summary

Quantinuum is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager in Broomfield, CO to own the ServiceNow platform roadmap and governance. You will partner with stakeholders, manage demand, and coordinate with the Systems Integrator to ensure timely delivery of platform capabilities aligned to business outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and ITIL awareness. Hybrid work options are available, with up to 2 remote days per week subject to approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience in administration, business analysis, product ownership, platform management, or related roles.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or CSM required.
• Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person (citizen/permanent resident/green card).
• National security restrictions apply to certain nationalities per policy.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform roadmap, governance, standards and best practices.
• Coordinate release planning and collaborate with the ServiceNow SI for deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and prioritized backlog.
• Manage demand, intake, prioritization and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and documentation across environments.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and drive platform enhancements to deliver business value.
