Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to own the platform end-to-end. You will develop, administer, and optimize the ServiceNow environment, building automations and integrations to streamline IT and business processes across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with IT leadership to scope, design, and deploy solutions, maintain CMDB and ITOM modules, and ensure data integrity and user adoption. This is a platform ownership role emphasizing scalable, secure workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting.
• Experience with ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
• Experience delivering ITOM: Discovery, CMDB, MID Server, Service Mapping.
• Experience configuring Hardware Asset/IT Asset Management.
• Ability to build automations with Flow Designer or Workflow Editor.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integration patterns.
• Strong ITIL alignment and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary developer and administrator for the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Build and manage Flow Designer flows, Subflows, and Actions to automate IT and business processes.
• Administer Update Sets and manage change promotion across Dev, Test, and Production.
• Design and deploy IntegrationHub spokes and actions to automate workflows with identity, patch management, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with internal systems and third-party tools.
• Configure and mature the Change Management module including workflows and risk policies.
• Mature and maintain the CMDB including discovery, relationships, and data reconciliation.
• Manage Hardware Asset Management configurations and asset lifecycle.
• Administer Discovery, MID Server, and Service Mapping for visibility.
• Design, build, and maintain Service Catalog items and Record Producers.
• Improve end-user experience through portal customization and iteration.
• Enforce ACLs and RBAC to protect sensitive data.
• Partner with IT leadership to gather requirements and deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Document designs, integration architecture, and operational runbooks.
• Provide Tier 3 support and escalate platform incidents as needed.
