Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join the OpsTech Solutions app development team. You will administer the ServiceNow platform, build workflows, and drive integrations that scale across ITSM and HAM modules, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable IT services.

You will lead release upgrades, mentor teammates, and translate business needs into scalable automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
3+ years of direct ServiceNow platform experience as an administrator, developer, or equivalent role.
5+ years of experience working with customers to understand requirements and implement IT solutions.

Responsibilities

Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow ITBM.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable enhancements and integrations.
Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
Interface with ServiceNow for operational requests, issues, planning, and upgrades.
Lead ServiceNow release upgrades including stakeholder management and coordination with dev teams.
Provide user training related to ServiceNow processes, policies and procedures.
Mentor team members on project planning, design, and estimating activities.
