Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer with 7–10 years of hands-on experience to design, configure, and build scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and delivery leads to deliver high-quality implementations aligned to business needs and platform best practices.

Responsibilities include developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications, building workflows, and contributing to sprint planning

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Consultative mindset with ability to propose solutions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box features and custom development.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI actions, and integrations.
• Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM as needed).
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Recommend solutions and ensure best practices, performance, and upgrade-safe designs.
• Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post-production support.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.
