Job summary

PNC is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and govern the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and related workflows. You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to enable standardized processes, automation, and data integrity across environments.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow development, scripting in JavaScript, and experience with CMDB/CSDM and enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Typically 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform in engineering/development role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Design and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and data sources.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management activities.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for operational visibility.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
