Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team as a ServiceNow Engineer. You will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and custom modules, collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs.

You will build workflows, UI policies, scripts, and integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server while contributing to platform upgrades and release processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• 3+ years with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog).
• 2+ years developing integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, custom).
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and catalog items to meet requirements.
• Configure and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and ensure best practices and security.
