Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Build scalable platform solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub; manage catalogs and self-service experiences.
• Participate in upgrades, governance, and continuous service improvement.
