Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support applications on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with IT teams to implement workflows, scripts, integrations, and governance processes to mature the platform.

You will develop core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM, and drive automation to improve processes and data quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise IT operations and platforms.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and scripts.
• Develop and support integrations with REST/SOAP web services.
• Support ServiceNow operations including incident triage and provisioning.
• Collaborate with owners to align platform solutions with ITSM, ITOM, and other areas.
• Participate in CAB meetings to assess changes.
• Create reports and dashboards to show platform data and performance.
• Support HAM, SAM modules and guide stakeholders on best practices.
• Provide training and guidance on ServiceNow to users.
