Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification required; other certs optional.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support of ServiceNow incidents and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address system problems.
• Back up to respond to user requests for upgrades or complex requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot integration issues (accounts, APIs, user management Certs).
• Manage dashboards and reports for platform usage, licenses, and performance.
• Support data-driven decision making.
