Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Lead/Architect to drive enterprise ServiceNow design, ITSM/CMDB, and integration efforts in a US-based environment. Lead architecture decisions, oversee development, and ensure high availability aligned with ITIL and SDLC practices.

You will guide testing strategies, mentor teams, manage MID servers, and coordinate REST/SOAP integrations. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior technical lead/architect experience required.
• ITSM, CMDB, integrations, and VA within ServiceNow.
• Cloud fundamentals and Windows/UNIX admin basics.
• Strong infrastructure understanding and monitoring knowledge.
• ITIL processes, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and SDLC.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Understand application requirements and follow best practices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and adapt to changes.
• Ensure code quality and perform unit testing and documentation.
• Provide training to users and support during UAT.
• Configure and maintain MID servers and credentials.
• Design and implement ServiceMap with discovery and cloud-based discovery.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for troubleshooting and requirements.
• Develop IRE rules, scripts, jobs, patterns, probes & sensors.
• Maintain event management integrations and flows.
• Configure de-duplication, correlation, and reporting dashboards.
