Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB initiatives.
• Strong governance, release management, and architecture oversight.
• Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Certifications: CSA or CAD preferred; CIS-EM or similar beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow initiatives from discovery to deployment.
• Own platform design decisions ensuring best practices and security.
• Design and govern integrations and data flows with monitoring.
• Plan upgrades/patches including testing and change governance.
• Mentor developers and drive reusable patterns.
