Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a seasoned Technical Lead with deep ServiceNow expertise across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM to drive architecture, design, and delivery for complex deployments.

You will translate business requirements into functional specs, guide projects through full lifecycles, and mentor teams while ensuring ITIL best practices and standards are upheld across engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Lead.
• Experience in ITIL Process Definition and Integration Solutions.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into functional specs or estimates.
• Led multiple ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/CSM/FSM.
• Expertise in deployments, migrations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements for accurate estimation and design.
• Lead implementation projects for ServiceNow modules.
• Mentor team and share technical knowledge.
• Ensure ITIL processes and standards alignment.
• Manage stakeholder communications and risk.
