Job summary

Tecbeans is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and implement ITSM and CMDB solutions in the ServiceNow platform. You will develop with JavaScript and Web Services, manage catalog items, workflows, and UI components, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver integrated IT service management enhancements.

The role requires 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong knowledge of CMDB/ITSM, and relevant certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow ITSM experience.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow CMDB experience supporting ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management).
• ServiceNow certifications required (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
• Certifications: ServiceNow Developer.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript and Web Services.
• Work with ITSM and Configuration Management (CMDB), client and catalog client scripts, UI scripts, UI policies, data sources, import sets, and transform maps.
• Experience with Workspace, UI Builder, workflows, and widget creation.
• Strong analytical, math, and communication skills.
• Analyze system performance issues and recommend enhancements.
• Administer Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and maintain custom workflows.
• Configure application fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access controls.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs.
• Assist in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals.
• Prepare reports and analyses.
