Job summary

Alrek Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, integrate, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform. You will work on ITSM modules and build secure integrations.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, creating scripted REST APIs, and configuring workflows with Flow Designer. Strong collaboration and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspaces, and ServiceNow data models.
• Knowledge of ACLs, automated testing, source control, code reviews, security, and release management.
• CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or ITIL certification is a plus.

About the Role

• Developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications

• Creating scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience with Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspaces, ServiceNow data models, ACLs, automated testing, source control, code reviews, security, and release management

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential
• Experience with ServiceNow AI technologies such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search is required

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine, along with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices, is highly desirable
• CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or ITIL certification is a plus
