Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM and AI initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and build client relationships in a global, fast-moving environment. Expect regular travel and leadership across engagements.

You’ll work within EY’s hybrid model, delivering solutions that enhance ITSM, AI capabilities, and service operations while driving tangible business outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; one ITSM implementation specialist cert is a plus.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
