Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead ITSM transformation initiatives. You will manage client engagements, shape architecture, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.

The role requires both strategic and hands-on leadership across planning, design, testing, and deployment. You’ll interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, mentor teams, and travel as needed to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification; 1 of: ITSM Implementation Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication, adaptability and teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and traveling as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams for ServiceNow ITSM projects from planning to closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Provide guidance on process and technology transformation.
• Support pre-sales with proposals and estimates.
