Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive client success. You’ll gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and build strong client relationships.

Regular travel and a dynamic, hybrid work environment are expected, with leadership roles across multiple engagements. You’ll mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+), steer design sessions, and deliver ITSM solutions leveraging Now Assist, AI capabilities, and data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the following certifications: ServiceNow ITSM Specialist.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams.
• Driver's license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and solutions.
• Track deliverables and project status with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding planning through execution and closure.
