Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in Technology Transformation to lead ServiceNow ITSM transformation initiatives and guide teams across planning, design, and delivery. You will drive client relationships and demonstrate strong problem-solving and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact with stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and help design system architectures. Travel to client sites is required to meet engagement needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure effective delivery of ITSM projects.
• Track deliverables and project status aligned with objectives.
• Lead client sessions from planning to closure and manage multidisciplinary teams.
