Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
CSA or CAD certification.
One of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Executive communication, adaptability and teamwork.
Ability to travel in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverables and project status with performance objectives.
Lead client sessions from planning through execution and closure.
