Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification required; one of ITSM implementation certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams in ServiceNow ITSM projects, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage a multi-disciplined team (5–10+ members) including offshore resources.
• Build client relationships and translate business needs into IT architecture solutions.
