Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, manage complex ITSM initiatives, and drive client value across business units. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide both onshore and offshore teams in delivery.

Participants will engage in pre-sales activities, design sessions, and agile/waterfall delivery, while traveling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of the listed ServiceNow certifications (ITSM).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Advise on ServiceNow ITSM design, configuration, testing and deployment.
