Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, build client relationships, and translate business needs into technical solutions. You will drive ITSM programs, oversee design, configuration, testing and deployment, and mentor a cross‑functional team in a dynamic, travel‑required role.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in ServiceNow ITSM, relevant certifications, Big 4 consulting experience, and strong executive communication skills to deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• One of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, teamwork.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage delivery of complex technical initiatives.
• Travel to meet client needs.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources.
• Engage with client sessions from planning to closure.
• Track progress and align with performance objectives.
