Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consulting Manager to lead transformation programs, architect solutions, and drive delivery across client engagements in the US. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide teams through planning, design, and deployment.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, manage client sessions, and balance agile and waterfall delivery while traveling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• Certifications: CSA or CAD; plus one of ITSM Specialist certificates.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others in a consulting context.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs; valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of ITSM initiatives from planning through closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY's value to clients.
