Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and manage relationships with client stakeholders. This is a client-facing role with opportunities to grow consulting and team leadership skills while traveling as needed.

You’ll translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver system architecture solutions within EY’s hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field such as Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Engineering.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus one of the listed certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project workstreams, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore.
• Build and sustain client relationships, demonstrating EY services value.
