EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead ServiceNow Transformation programs for clients across industries. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive delivery from planning through to closure, with regular travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• ServiceNow ITSM project experience required.
• Certifications listed in qualifications must be valid.
• Ability to lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Actively participate in client sessions, guiding planning through execution and closure.
