Job summary
EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead ServiceNow ITSM transformation efforts, delivering complex initiatives and shaping client outcomes. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specs, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across onshore and offshore resources.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive solutions, and advance AI-enabled ITSM use cases, while traveling as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, engineering or related field.
- 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification; 1 of CSA/CAD is required.
- 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Strong communication, leadership and client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams delivering ServiceNow ITSM projects from plan through deployment.
- Mentor 5–10+ resources, including offshore teams.
- Engage with clients to build relationships and demonstrate EY value.
- Support pre-sales with proposals and estimates.
- Manage waterfall and agile delivery, budgets and risk logs.
