Job summary

EY seeks a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead ITSM programs across client engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, manage delivery of complex initiatives, and drive positive outcomes for clients while developing teams and building long-term relationships.

In this role, you’ll interact with stakeholders to evaluate processes, design system architectures, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (CS/ISM/Engineering)
• ServiceNow ITSM project experience (4–6 years)
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• At least one of: Implementation Specialist – ITSM
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, aligning with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources) including offshore staff.
