Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation and ITSM delivery across client engagements. You will evaluate business models, translate requirements into technical specs, and guide teams to design and implement architecture solutions.

The role emphasizes team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and leveraging EY’s AI-enabled ITSM capabilities to drive faster resolution and better service operations. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of one of the following ServiceNow certifications: ITSM implementation specialist, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
