Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive complex technology initiatives in a dynamic, client-facing role.

You will interact with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specs, guide architecture discussions, and oversee delivery across planning, design, and deployment phases. A hybrid client-facing environment enables collaboration across in-person and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a tech-related field.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Provide guidance on ServiceNow ITSM processes and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates.
