EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive complex ITSM initiatives for client engagements. You will build client relationships, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and translate business requirements into technical architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure project alignment with objectives.
• Manage deliverables, status, and client sessions from planning through closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY services.
