Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive ITSM initiatives for clients. You will coach a multi-disciplinary team, build strong client relationships, and shape solution design and delivery in a fast-growing practice.

This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and travel to meet client needs, with opportunities to advance in a globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of one of: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
