Job summary
EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager in the United States to lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and drive complex ITSM initiatives. You will interact with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures that meet client needs.
In this role you’ll manage workstreams, mentor a diverse team (including offshore resources), and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering)
- 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
- 1 of the following: ITSM Implementation Specialist
- 5+ years Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure
- Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources
- Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services
- Provide guidance for ServiceNow ITSM process implementations and AI capabilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Participate in pre-sales efforts including proposals and estimates
