Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM projects. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, design system architecture, and drive delivery while building strong client relationships.

You will manage planning, execution, and closure of workstreams, mentor 5-10+ professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering
• 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus one of listed specializations

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM workstreams from planning through delivery and closure
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore
• Build and foster client relationships to demonstrate EY value
