Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and drive complex ITSM initiatives in a hybrid, client-facing role. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, manage delivery, and grow client relationships across engagements.

You will guide a cross-functional team, leverage AI-enabled ITSM capabilities, and work within a flexible, inclusive EY culture focused on delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery and manage workstreams from planning to closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and maintain client relationships and demonstrate EY's value.
