Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 4–6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification; at least one listed certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery from design to deployment.
• Mentor 5–10+ resources including offshore teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships and articulate value.
• Drive pre-sales support and proposal creation.
