Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation programs in ITSM and deliver valuable client outcomes. You’ll manage complex engagements, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and build strong client relationships while delivering solutions across planning, design, and deployment.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, travel to client sites, and contribute to pre-sales activities and estimates, leveraging Now AI capabilities to enhance service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification and additional ITSM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources including offshore staff.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
• Travel to meet client needs and participate in client sessions from planning to closure.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals and estimates.
