Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM. The role involves evaluating business models, translating requirements into technical specs, and delivering architecture solutions.

Interaction with stakeholders and growing client relationships are central to success. You’ll mentor a multidisciplinary team (5–10+ resources, including offshore) and play a key role in pre-sales, planning, and delivery across waterfall and agile projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience preferred.
• CSA or CAD certification required; ITSM implementation specialist certs advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
