Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of IT support, system administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow ITSM in development or consulting.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ITIL Foundation preferred.
• Experience in Agile with Azure DevOps.
• Government agency or contract experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps, including workflows, forms, business rules, and reporting.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access control per security policies.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution with minimal IT disruption.
• Monitor logs and performance; address potential issues.
• Coordinate upgrades and platform enhancements with release schedules.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes for compliance.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and IT standards.
• Lead platform design, integration, and optimization efforts.
• Evaluate new tools or system changes for compatibility and long-term fit.
