Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting an IT Service Management Specialist to support our USPS-OIG contract in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on maintaining ServiceNow health, configuring apps, and ensuring secure access under ITIL ITSM practices.

Candidates should have 5+ years in IT support with ServiceNow ITSM, strong JavaScript/SQL skills, and experience with Agile environments and government contracts. A public trust is required to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• ServiceNow ITSM experience: configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and ITSM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps, workflows, forms, rules, reporting.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access in line with security policies.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution with minimal downtime.
• Monitor logs and performance; address issues proactively.
• Coordinate features, upgrades, and platform enhancements per release schedules.
• Document configurations and processes for compliance and knowledge sharing.
