Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support or development.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflow design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow scripting and PowerShell or Python is a plus.
• Experience supporting and deploying applications in on-premises server environments.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and translate legacy business workflows into ServiceNow.
• Work closely with business units to port functionality from a legacy application.
• Identify limitations in ServiceNow and propose improvements.
• Manage backend databases supporting ServiceNow environments.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data migration.
