SES Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage ServiceNow configurations and support across Tier 1 to Tier 3 services in a government-facing environment. The role emphasizes workflow design, integrations, and service catalog management.

You will lead reporting, dashboards, and training while ensuring alignment with enterprise needs and security requirements. A 5-year track record and a public trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and ServiceNow administration or related platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Public trust security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close tasks for ServiceNow configuration and implementation across Tier 1–3 services.
• Provide coding and configuration services including workflow administration, reporting, data imports, and integrations.
• Create and maintain service catalog items and workflows; design automated processes to streamline operations.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools; develop reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to administrators and users.
