Everforth ECS seeks an IT Service Management Specialist to maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform for the USPS OIG in Arlington, VA. This hybrid role requires strong ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, and security-conscious configuration within a government context.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support or administration, ServiceNow certifications, and experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps). You will lead workflows, document configurations, and support compliance and knowledge sharing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT support, system administration, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years ServiceNow ITSM in development or consulting role.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred (Admin, App Dev).
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and government contracting.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain USPS public trust clearance.

Mansioni

• Maintain health, performance, and reliability of ServiceNow platform.
• Configure/customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows and reporting.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access control.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution with minimal disruption.
• Monitor logs, performance, and address potential issues.
• Coordinate features/upgrades and platform enhancements.
• Document configurations and processes for compliance.
