Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams in ITSM, design and delivery, and client relationship management. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams, drive pre‑sales efforts, and ensure successful project outcomes across global clients.

You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver scalable architecture solutions. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow ITSM project delivery across design, configuration, development, testing and deployment.
• Mentor and manage a 5–10+ person multi-disciplinary team (offshore included).
• Build and sustain client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Drive pre‑sales support including proposals and estimates.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables and artifacts throughout engagements.
