Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consulting Manager to lead transformation initiatives and deliver complex ITSM solutions for large clients. You will evaluate business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams on architecture.

You’ll manage cross‑functional teams, including offshore resources, and travel as needed. The role emphasizes client engagement, solution design, and delivering measurable business outcomes through AI-enabled ITSM

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
Typically, 4–6 years of ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
Minimum of one of: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management.
5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, collaboration.
Experience leading teams and supervising others.
Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
