Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams delivering ITSM initiatives for clients. You will drive requirements, translate them into technical architecture, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

You will mentor 5-10+ professionals, nurture client relationships, and apply both waterfall and agile methodologies while traveling as needed to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• 4-6 years ServiceNow ITSM project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification and at least one ITSM certification.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, teamwork and relationship building.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering ITSM projects from planning through closure.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources, including offshore.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Apply waterfall and agile delivery practices across engagements.
• Support pre-sales efforts with proposals and estimates.
