Job summary

Truist is seeking an in-office ITSM engineer delivery role responsible for designing automated capabilities across ServiceNow workflows, data-quality rules, telemetry, dashboards, and AI-enabled automation. You will convert modernization requirements into deployable platform capabilities with measurable outcomes.

The position requires 5+ years in technology operations, strong collaboration with platform engineers, data owners, and process leads, and explicit in-office expectations (5 days/week).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology operations or enterprise technical support experience.
• Broad knowledge of operational systems, infrastructure components, and enterprise tech environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot non-routine issues and guide junior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Act as team lead for daily operations and provide advanced technical guidance.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex incidents.
• Deliver advanced operational support ensuring stable production performance.
• Identify gaps or recurring issues and propose fixes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for maintenance and upgrades.
• Oversee system monitoring, triage accuracy, and escalation.
• Document incidents, workarounds, and solutions with good quality.
• Reinforce compliance with standards, controls, and security requirements.
